Mr. Hongbin Sun, born in 1975, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad. Mr. Sun received his bachelor's degree in Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Sun previously served as an Assistant Manager of KPMG, the Financial Director and General Manager of Otsuka China and the Chairman of Shanghai Microport Medbot(Group) Co., Ltd. He currently holds the positions of the Chief Financial Officer of MicroPort Sinica Co., Ltd., the Chief Financial Officer of MicroPort Scientific Corporation, the Chairperson of OMC, the Chairperson in rotating of CEC, member of GMC and ICC. Mr. Sun has been chairman of Endovastec™ since January 2026.
